This is a customized practice or meditation either created intuitively by me or with your specific intention.

This is a recorded practice that is anywhere from 15-45 minutes depending on what you are willing to commit to. This practice can be done 2-4 times a week or for a deeper shift it is done daily for a minimum of 40 days and can be extended to 90 or 120 days for deeper energetic shifts. Doing this practice daily helps to shift patterns and karma freeing up your energy. Schedule a consultation to discuss this in further detail. 

The number of days has unique significance: 

40 days: dissolves negative habits, sets a new habit 

90 days: habit takes root in the subconscious mind. Creates a deep positive shift within. 

120 days: Anchors new levels of consciousness, and the positive energies created become a permanent part of your being.

This event will be completely customized to your goals and intentions and can include any one or a combination of the following: Yoga, Yoga Nidra Meditation, Sound Therapy, Full Moon ceremonies, Womens Circles

Price:

In home/small private events: 

$150 for 1 hour + travel fee of $1 per mile. This can include up to 10 people, an additional $10 per person after. 

 $222 for 1.5 hours + travel fee of $1 per mile. This can include up to 10 people, an additional $10 per person after. 

Corporate events:

$200 for 1- 1.5 hours, unlimited participants 

$300 for 2-3 hours, unlimited participants 

$400 for 4-6 hours, unlimited participants 

Events with more than one practitioner: 

Cacao & Sound Healing Ceremony / Womens Circle: $250 + travel fee of $1 per mile- Ceremony is 1.5 hours 

Sound Healing + Energy Alignment (hands on energy healing) : $222 + travel fee of $1 per mile- event is 1 hour 

Toe reading + Sound Healing and Energy Alignment: $250 + travel fee of $1 per mile- event is 1.5 hours
